Yes, absolutely! You can achieve significant results by training at home. However, the more equipment you have available, the more variety and efficiency you can achieve in your workouts.

It depends from your goals, but in general you don’t need much. Recommended equipment is a structure with bars and parallel bars, resistance bands and rings. I will guide you on which equipment to get once you join my coaching program.
